Finding it hard to get into meditiation without feelig dizzy
Used to have very strong experiences with meditation but stopped to ground myself a bit more. Years later I'm getting back into it but feeling very dizzy like my pineal gland is spinning around or something and it starts to feel like I'm falling?
Anyone else experienced this or something similar?
How can I approach this?

Try to sit comfortably...pick a spot on a wall...you can even place a piece of tape if there's no 'spot'.
Just look at that spot, shortly...does anything around that spot move around?
Try it after peanut butter or feta cheese or potatoes of any kind.
Always good to rule out the simple things. Allergies to simple molds and other things.
Ever hear any sounds in your ear almost like 'suds'? Might as well rule out middle ear issues while we're at it. :)

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

This happened to me when I was physically ill, exactly the same things... feeling dizzy and feeling as if I was falling of from my body... I was suspecting it was something related with my health but was not sure until I almost died.
Now, don't get me wrong, this may not be the case for you, there were also many other symptoms in my day to day life. I also know that an ear infection can cause dizziness and altered spatial awareness. I got healthy and never experienced that again. The falling of from the body, yes, from time to time, but this is because of deep meditation, no dizziness or something like that.

I had something similar.
If it's what I think it is, it's actually good news.
We are made of vibrations that vibrate at different frequencies, I suppose you already know that. If you don't I'll explain:
Every atom, every thought, every emotion, beliefs, habits, and spiritual states have frequencies. Imagine them like waves of color, it can be green, blue, red, violet etc, dark of it or bright, neon or weak... The amalgamation of all these vibrations make us who we are and our state of operation with the world.
In meditation when something like what you described happens, it's actually the frequencies of your psyche aligning themselves back to original state of alignment. Which is GREAT!
In other words, you are undergoing a healing process for your mind. Needed alternations that were resisted from occurring because of business have now a chance to be done. Let it be and just observe. It can be interesting. Remind yourself to ground and stay alert and calm, it'll pass.
