Astral Projection Method

Many many MANY years ago, my kind of mentor at the time, taught me a simple but effective method of astral projection. This method is most effective when you first have mastered the ability of shutting down your internal dialog prior to your voyage. So yes, the way he explained it to me was this:

Step 1: familiarize yourself with the location you would like to remote view\project to. I good starting point would be somewhere kinda close to you, like a bedroom.

Step 2: ensure you have a variable item at location. A LCD\analog clock I have found works best. Others use something like a fishtank, a light, etc. Clocks or boolean items work best.

Step 3: Shut down that internal chatter! This isn't required, however the speed, clarity and overall effectiveness of your travels will be vastly improved.

Step 4: Observe, in your silent mind, that clock or boolean object/device in the room. You should be able to see what time the clock is currently displaying in realtime. Once determined the jump has taken place, go to town! You are not limited by your physical body at this point. Have fun!
