I saw Gone Girl. I never would have watched it if I knew what it was about. It was horrible.

Odd Thomas (a teenager who is a natural clairvoyant), based on the Dean R. Koontz book series. Excellent film..

In a California desert town, a short-order cook with clairvoyant abilities encounters a mysterious man with a link to dark, threatening forces.

Mine would be "Lucy."
Mostly I just rent DVD's as movie theaters are like 4 hours away from here. I wish there was one near.

Into the Wild, it was extremely thought provoking but it made me feel very sad too.

I am not a big movie-watcher, but I would definitely recommend the last two movies that I saw.
1. The Theory of Everything (about Stephen Hawking)
2. St. Vincent (starring Bill Murray).
Although I recently saw the extraordinarily funny and insightful Broadway Show, "You can't take it with you" (starring James Earl Jones), I believe that there is an old movie by that name and I'm planning to see it.
