One of my favourite meals is cauliflower cheese with mashed potatoes and margarine with peas and 2 veg sausages.

That sounds very tasty. I don't think people realize how tasty cauliflower can be.

I was a vegetarian for a while. I did it because that is what the Doctor ordered. I need to get back to it, but right now..... I am lazy.

Oh i also spread marmite
on the sausages instead
of using salt as it is rich
in b vitamins including b12.

This has made me think of chopped roasted cabbage
with cheese sauce and roasted mushrooms tomatoes onions
and 1 or 2 veg burgers
depending on how much of
the munchies you had.
