Not too long ago...
in a galaxy far far away... Just kidding 
Seriously, now. I usually wake up around 3:00-4:30 am in the morning. (Yes early riser), nothing beats the stillness & quietness of the house at this time of day. I got up around 4:30 am this time. Let the fury 4 legged family member do his 1's and 2's. While outside waiting for him to finish I had my moment of feeling homesick and looked up to the night sky. as I was randomly looking in all directions I caught a glimpse of what I thought was a satellite whizzing past. I thought to myself, I haven't seen a satellite for a long time. Next thing I knew was a second one seconds later. Same speed and direction. I really thought wow, very odd. But wait, there's more. There was another, then another. I was facing South East at the time this all started as I was now counting them and turning to the North West where I identified where they were appearing from. I counted 12 all up. If you placed your arms out above your head to form a "Y", using your hands as a reference, that's the distance they travelled from start to finish. I was gobsmacked at what I had seen. The strangest thing I have witnessed In the night sky. UFO (unidentified) definitely, alien (who knows) Secret Space Program (SSP, maybe). Apparently my neighbour saw this anomaly also. So I wasn't seeing things. I was, but not in the strange way.

FABULOUS....I LOVE seeing things in the sky..... Also I'm with you on the time for rising... I'm always up at that time too... For me definately best time of day...

Hi Heighten-Awareness,
What i think you saw were El0n Musk satellites,that were launched early this year.
I have seen them myself and there are usually several in a string line,spaced apart and follow in a straight line.
