Big Change
The impossible kicks in with big change
We can’t comprehend, think differently
Stare down this barrel of change
And believe anything is possible!
We carry a closed stance at times
How can I let go of so much?
Become something I don’t even know exists
How can I move beyond this marker?
The unknown calling you
How do I feel, how do I steer my ship?
What decides everything in my life?
Is it the same ole same ole?
Am I moving as a leap of faith?
Are your fingers crossed
Are you confused and disorientated?
Do you have no idea where your headed?
Your right on track you know?
Right where you need to be
For now!
This turnaround of big change
Is what we are
Is what we will walk through
To recognise
How much more one still holds on..

melding with a sunset
entwine their identities
until all that is is bliss
how can a poet capture
the sublime effervescence
radiating love’s myriad hues
gently ever becoming the all
ego dissolves that we evolve
soul catharsis in a chrysalis
that that never was dies
taking us to new highs
