Can meditation happen in every single thing

I've been writing down meditative experiences for a few months now and i would like to question whether meditation has to do with specific activities which are limited by specific methods, an environment that fullfills specific conditions etc..

I wonder if you may experience a meditative even in cooking or playing music, in everything? if meditation can be something of your daily life, not for a few moments!

Would you agree?

What you are talking about is called mindfulness.
This is not the same as a sitting practice.
Although, if the sitting practice is only about being aware(ness), then it is the same as mindfulness.

Not quite!! Everything you list (which I appreciate wouldn't have been everything you could think of!) is based within the physical/material world. Meditation itself (insert whatever specific practice you do) goes beyond what our normal physical human experience sees. Meditation grows many aspects of us, one being mindfulness. As Serrao says what you ask seems to be mindfulness to me also rather than meditation.
