When I send energy out into a room on purpose or at an entity, I imagine that I'm directing white light around a room or at an entity, what type of energy is this, all I know is that I have to look deep inside myself, be warm inside and then imagine that it's spreading around.

It is a pure,white universal light. I often use it for protection or to help cleanse a room.
