Hello. I have always been interested in yoga and I have taken a class or two in the past but I can't afford to take classes right now. I don't know much about yoga so I was wondering if any of you can point a newbie in the right direction as to where to start learning about it.

I need something easy to understand for a beginner.

I am interested in yoga for stress relief and weight loss mostly. Thank you.

Yoga not only keeps our body healthy and helps to lose weight, but also refresh our mind and soul.
