I was thinking of the arginine -> citrulline reaction which produces nitric oxide (NO) in the body and wondered if taking too much citrulline would inhibit production of NO (which dilates blood vessels) based on Le Chatelier's principle. Less NO might mean higher blood pressure. So, if you take citrulline maybe you should check your blood pressure regularly and start out at a low dose.
