Thank you all for your help and advice. IT is for my niece and anxiety has affected her studies and her life a lot. I hope with healing she can do better. Please send her healing and prayers. Thank you

The advice you have been given is good advice.
I don't suffer from Anxiety but Meditation is good also so is listening to calming music.
The sounds of Nature is very good.

We will pray for her well-being , and given that this is affecting her studies I would suggest one more thing which I know will not go down well with a young person but here goes . If she can prise herself off social media and focus on "real life" then she might start to feel a little calmer.
Social media platforms seem to put a lot of pressure on people.

I would recommend to change your point of view about all the things, that you are anxious about. Just change the importance you give things. That was a real mental gamechanger for me. It´s always our level of identification or importance we gave things, that hold us back or in fear...free yourself from all of it.
