Is it safe to try this?
Saying the mantra nam-myoho-renge-Kyo in front of a Gohonzon with white sage smoke.
I ask this because when I said the mantra with no white sage smoke to my samadhi (tigers eye gemstone) I felt severely ill like nausea and painful migraines. Then I took off gemstone and I felt ill for a less amount for a day.
Will the mantra combined with white sage smoke happen the same way?
