Can spirits live inside a solar pelxus?

I just had a thing happen....
I felt a dense painful stuck feeling in my solar plexus, I brought my attention right to it, asking it what it is and to come out in the open to my conscious awareness.

Couple minutes later, a spirit surrounded me. I sent it on to the light.

Then after that, two more spirits appeared and I am trying go send the third one to the light, there also a fourth right in my solar plexus....possibly more.

Whats going on? What does this mean?

I would agree with Rah Nam spirit are not living inside you but because you are open you are like a Beacon to them,
you need to learn to close down.

The solar plexus chakra is the first chakra that indentifies your image and relationship with the physical plane.

Wanna hear a theory that's WAY out there? You were probably used as a gateway to travel inbetween planes :P

Must likely you are Too open. Get grounded and strengthen your energy field. Did this happen in a certain place? In any event something like this can be very draining to an individual's health long term.
