Slight glow

I was reading a book on auras. I was doing an exercise on seeing it around my hands. I saw a slight white or colorless glow and felt the energy pulling when I moved my hands back and forth for the first time and got excited! She said that in the beginning it normal to not see color.
Then I was out today and was looking at someone and noticed a slight glow around this man. I noticed it when I my eyes aren't focused. And realized something, I've always seen this around people! After doing the exercise I suddenly connected the dots and had a realization! I never really thought anything of it or thought about it. I guess my mind always made a conclusion about the light having to do with the lighting in the room or something. Anyway! I just wanted to share my excitement that I didn't even know I had been naturally seeing them the whole time

Great going, your seeing the aura. It is easiest seen with the peripheral vision which is why you squint. You start to see the white first and then a larger heat haze type energy and then the colour comes in.

I also see this clear thing around my hands,and I've seen it around people a few time :)
