Left more than usual
I was cleaning Issy's cage this morning - giving her fresh food, water and bedding. I noticed that she had left quite a bit of food in her bowl. Not like her as she usually empties it during the course of the week and has a bit that she stores in her bed for snacking on.
I have a thought as to why she may have done this but wonder if anyone can pick up as to what happended?

Is it a bit cold? Could be hibernating, or doing some pre hibernation thing.
My terrapins have been eating less as they seem to do over winter... Even though the temps shouldn't have changed that much. Strange, maybe they can sense it in the air pressure or something.  |
