Just bought a book on Astral protection..
Has anyone read the book "Astral Voyages: Mastering the Art of Interdimensional Travel?" Dr Bruce Goldburg.. if so what did you think?

I read this book many years ago. An interesting overview of the subject. I recall that I was less impressed by his instructions and self-hypnosis scripts for leaving the body. He simply said things like "Now feel yourself floating above the body," as if that were sufficient to enable projection to happen.
Also I am not sure if he ever wrote from his own experience, or if he simply used the experiences of those he worked with under hypnosis. I prefer to read books by people with direct experience of astral travel.
My memories could be wrong - it was many years ago and I have read so many other books on astral travel since. Maybe I need to revisit his books.

I read a bio on him. It says he has conducted over 36,00 past life regressions and 18,000 future life progressions. It didn't mention Astral voyages. I guess we shall see.

If you are curious about the book then read it. It will not do any harm. We all have different opinions and some people might think it is awful and others might think it is good.
It is not good to believe everything an author says. It could be false as the author wants to sound impressive and sell the book. If there is proof then it is likely to be true.
