Direct Method: Laying down in your back with meditation out of your bed. Going with the Flow. Vibrational State. Visualization Techniques
- Open up. Completely surrender. Enjoy the flow at the being level. (You have to REALLY enjoy it and REALLY SURRENDER, in order to achieve joy & flow with this)
- Then Vibrational State will start to happen (when you feel bliss from the flow)
It can come in many ways, like weird energy inside feeling your head, or in the whole body.

-Put an alarm 2 hours earlier than when you intend to wake up.
Next to the bed, nice & slow sound, so you don’t lose the ideal mind state.
- Put your physical body into the sideways position that works for you
- Try motion-based techniques when you can, and they will work 100% without any effort whatsoever
Then you will CLICK OUT immediately without ANY effort whatsoever that will surprise you time & time again
