Vibrating Platforms, my review :)
Well, it took about 5 days and wow....do I feel a difference!
Example - for 2 months after a big, heavy snow in Colorado, my lower back has not been great.
It took 2 weeks to hurt, tho.
I went to my fabulous Chiropractor of 30 years ...but it didn't really help.
Weird.
Short version: After 5-10 min sitting on this daily, (I had a study perfect bench for it), at 3 am I had to 'pop' out of bed cuz
of cat noises (it could have been anything with them, lol  )
And NO back stiffness at all!
What?
It HAD to be the Vibration Platform, I ordered from Amazon total $142 USD.
They make many claims about lymph stim, even bone density increase, better circulation, weight loss, etc.
Well, I'm certainly happy...and I DO think I have better mental clarity ...
blood must be going all over the place! LOL
This morning I did stand on it about 5 minutes - after 10 min of sitting.
I'm a beginner with this...started slowly.

That's great news MissH!
I have been considering getting some type of vibrating bellt as I have liver trouble and
think it will help,the only problem I can see is me worrying how much electric it's consuming.

You know, it's just vibrating...now if it had a heater
that would be different....
and 5-10 min a day? Or every other day?

I did buy an heat belt MissH but it got too hot, I was puzzled to how it worked, no batteries or power lead, embedded with tourmaline crystal.I could have put it on top of clothing but I think it only worked in contact with skin.

I had never heard of the Vibration Platform and I'm glad that it addressed you back issue.
Since I do yoga exercises daily that include asanas for the back, I don't have any back issues myself but this is good to know for the future and for others whom I know who do have back issues.
Thanks for sharing. I'm always interested in health-oriented practices. |
