Is this thread just a fancy name for Favorite Animals Thread or is there a way to figure out what your spirit animal is? If there is a way, i'd be curious.

I don't know what is meant by "speaks to your heart." If you can clarify please. Like plenty of animals that fascinate me along with a favorite. As well as empathy for the animals being driven towards extinction along with the senseless killings. But none that completely stands out. Maybe sharks at the moment but that could change.

Does your heart open up to an animal?
Or maybe I am simply foolish in this belief.
Do you ever feel compelled to talk to an animal and do they respond?
Shark is an interesting choice. You may wish to sort this one out a safe distance away or from land.

Sure. Plenty of animals. I got the privilege to see many in their natural environment. They are all so beautiful.

I say that because its the one i feel most empathy for at the moment. The amount of cruelty and how badly they are treated. I also find them fascinating.

One of mine is a Cobra.
A couple of times I danced with back toward a couple of dancing Cobras.
I wasn't afraid of them and they were not afraid of me.
I have a picture some where of a Cobra draped over my shoulders and I kissing the hood of the Cobra.
Most people never have had such an intimate relationship with a Cobra as I have had. Because of this, I consider a Cobra to be a Spirit Animal around me and also a Totem Animal.
