I have cat, raccoon and raven, with input from fox and owl. And I many days when I feel like squirrels are running amok in my brain.

The Eagle is my power animal, as I often use the metaphor of the eagle soaring into the sky of consciousness via meditation to "see" the Big Picture before resuming one's role on the stage of life.

I did somethings to find out my animal totems.

Apparently Insects can be Spirit Guides.

My main totem is the Spider and actually I love spiders. I respect them so much as well.

My second is either butterflies or dragonflies. I see them commonly and all the time, so I can't say.

The third is the wolf.

And the final is the octopus.

Today on my ride in to work one of these little guys popped out from behind some bushes!

It was the first time I had ever seen one in reality!

*squuueeeal*! MG, that cubs are so darn cute! How lucky, we don't haven them in my specific area. Only way up North.





Maybe the bear presence is a message, let see what it says when a bear crosses your path:


The spirit of the the bear indicates it’s time for healing or using healing abilities to help self or others.


The bear medicine emphasizes the importance of solitude, quiet time, rest
The spirit of the bear provides strong grounding forces
