Herbal teas

There are plenty of different kinds of herbal teas to pick from. Ones that I drink frequently are licorice root (probably the tastiest- it's naturally sweet and great for your adrenal glands), dandelion root (usually drink this with cream, like coffee- great for detoxing), and chamomile, milk thistle, ginger, etc.

Are there any herbal teas that are very tasty and healthy that you would recommend?

Cherry and cinnamon was nice, not sure what it's good for. The licorice one sounds tasty.

Peppermint tea is traditionally used to relieve discomfort of the digestive tract. Studies have found that peppermint oil can help relieve nausea, cramping, spasms and stomach pain.
