can anyone connect to me please
one time i was on the chat room a person connected to my spirit body and gave me energy how do you do that dont know if this goes in the channeling section. i wanna learn how to connect with people and give them energy

What I suspect happened you received Healing Energy that is what you felt,
Anyone can send Healing thoughts out to people it does not matter where they are,
we have a sub forum for Healing, try it there as long as your intent is pure it should work.

I guess you firstly have to grow enough to have energy to give. Then you'll find out how to share it.

just focus on protecting your energy, you don't need others to connect with you, only you can build this within, look inwards and not outwards, feel the four elements of nature, they are all part of you, embrace it within, I always find mudras help enhance the energy.
