How often do you work on your chakras?

So I’m currently going through a kundalini awakening. Specifically with the throat and sacral chakra. I had a very beautiful meditation a few days ago and spirit told me to sit with the energy for three days before I meditate again, which is hard for me because I like to meditate everyday. However everyday I can feel energy going into my solar plexus. That feeling of energy breaking through.

Anyways I starts a thread on this years ago but can’t find it. People said working on chakras everyday was actually too much. So how often do you work on your chakras

I have no set routine for that at all. Whenever I think it's necessary, and that's usually cleansing of the Sacral, which automatically works on other chakras as it's all connected. But I sometimes feel the Navel or Sacral need cleansing.

Of late I'm regularly doing visualisations for a 5D chakra. The Earthstar and Solar Plexus are favourite :) But I also do any of the other 10. Whatever catches my eye and feels good to do at that time.

Thanks for your response love. How often do you find yourself working on them? I just think I need to slow down a bit. Maybe do them every few days or so

It depends what you want to do and also where you are on your path.
When I first started out with energy work I had to take it easy. I was only beginning to cleanse my chakras and energy bodies then meaning there was a lot to do. Especially then you can go too fast and do too much. The energy is a little faster to do, but the physical body -which is denser- needs more time to adjust.
If you ignore this and keep pushing, you can begin to feel very off, tired, maybe even ill. So pushing yourself to get through it fast will trip you up and you then may need to take a long break to recover.
As you get further it goes faster as the worst, densest stuff has gone.

As with everything, it's a matter of using your intuition, and not operate from the head.

How often also depends on what you do. Is it one chakra and very intense or not.
If it is very intense I certainly wouldn't do it daily, but more like weekly.
And bear in mind what I said above: wanting to go fast and pushing yourself can turn out to become the long slow route.

As for me, there have been times that I hardly ever worked on any chakra. As in months without. Then sometimes I feel called to do more.
I don't do routines and regimes. Doesn't suit me

Yes that’s what I’m thinking. Since that intense meditation I’ve been feeling energy pour into my other chakras at random times. Like you said this plane is dense and a lot slower. I received message from spirit to wait three days before meditation again and I kept pushing it until last night I got the message again. And now I’m really going to listen. I’m working on the inner child so it’s a lot of past pain coming to the surface that I tried pushing through because I hated how it made me feel

Pushing through inner child issues is not a smart move. Such things tend to be intense and take time to clear. But each time you work on it, you get further, to deeper layers.
Be nice to yourself, especially when it feels uncomfortable!

Or should I say, I simply observe them as the source of each of my breath.

Hi,

I do chakra exercises for 20 minutes every day. Like so many things this kind of activity can become a natural daily routine.

Thank you everyone for your responses!! But I was thinking more along the lines of actually laying down and meditating on them. I was doing them everyday but spirit is telling me to wait a few days in between. I have really intense meditations where I can literally feel the energy circulating and all of the chakras opening. It’s such a serene and peaceful experience. All you feel is love
