Feeling a presence in my apartment

Hello everyone,

I, every now and then, feel a presence in my appartement. I live alone. I don't always feel it. Often, it's at night that I sense a presence. I can't say if it's a good or bad presence though which is what worries me a little bit. I don't feel threatned necessarily, but I feel like someone is there and that it's not 100% welcoming. How can I protect myself?

You could try smudging open the window when you do this, so if there is a negative energy it will go out through the window,
remember to smudge every corner and cupboards to.
if not see if there is a spiritualist church near you and ask a medium to have a look for you,

I second the advice from Native Spirit.

Smudging your place will remove the negative entity/energy in your apartment. Start from your front door and work your way clockwise around the place, including, as Native Spirit mentioned, the closets.

sometimes we are visited by presences as human's that make us fearful of the unknown esp. if we don't now its intent usually they are just curious its the negative ones we have to worry about if you think about it fear is one of the greatest energies there is, its not always possible to be in a state of calm best to acknowledge its there and leave it at that

Some people use White Sage.

If the problem is not resolved with White Sage,
