Spirit physically attacking
As I was going to sleep I felt a spirit trying to physically finish me off sort of jam my head with hands
What should I do here?
I have been having intense thoughts
The angels are allowing this

You are stressed. Try to meditate, take some time for yourself in the day. 
Before you go to sleep, think nice thoughts, think about hobbies etc that you like doing, places youd like to be, what you would like to be doing. That'll frighten them off.  |

No the angels aren’t allowing it. YOU are.
You just have to say NO in a very strong tone. Plus say the prayer of protection.
Change your thoughts, actions what you read and what you watch on TV.

Oh gosh I had a dream 2 nights ago that I was alone in the house . It was pitch dark , middle of night .....
And I nipped into kitchen for 5 seconds and when I got back in room all the heavy drapes had been ripped from the windows and left in piles in floor and my mobile phone had been thrown across the room ..... After I got over the shock I screamed at the top of my voice in anger. ""THATS NAUGHTY ""......
.... Because even in death no-one messes with me !!
In real life I have often told mischievous loved ones off when they hide stuff....
But I've never had a problem with any dangerous entities .
I think they are scared of me .... As they should be !
( Mischieveous loved ones in spirit I should had said )

... Honestly , is it even possible to have a deathwish if you're already dead..? LOL... They mess with me, they know about it and wish they were still alive just so they could wish they were dead !!!!!
HOWEVER, that fact alone does not help our author of the thread if he/ she is frightened....
They HAVE to know that their Angels would NEVER allow this to happen.
Their Angels are watching over them and protecting them.
And it's important to speak to them with any concerns, but to always ALWAYS remember to ask for their help. They cannot intervene unless you ask for their help... And I hope that the person finds some peace from any fears .

...also Guff, you can try burning sage in your rooms. Open a window, and as you cleanse with the sage tell the entity that this is your 'private space' and you wish them no harm , but you need to ask them to leave and go to the light.

could be the spirit is trying to tell you something such as how it has died or get your attention, does not mean it has to be bad, can be traumatized. Could be the spirit is trying to warn you something in your future? It may also be something bad happening but it would be awful wouldn't it if this spirit needs help and don't get it? You could contact someone who can help you, to take over the communication, then you will know more.

Pray to your Higher Self to protect you from such experiences. Also be kind to someone you dont like if not directly, then think kindly about that person.
