Was that a forum joke? I’m happy to hear that phrase. I used to feel an exhilerating oppenness of thought and it helped me like looking around more. Would you consider bringing it back? Perhaps will help build traffic

Right now I’m reading ‘Shiva Sutras - The Supreme Awakening’ by Swami Lakshmanjoo. I’d recommend first going through the swami’s treatise on Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, before reading this book.

Edit: I wish to be more honest here. My all time favorite is Alcoholics Anonymous a 164 page program of suggested action for gaining Spiritual experiences through ego deflation and reliance on a Higher Power.
Presently though I am investigating and find intriguing the ACIM.

This makes me very happy. And you know my favorite, Emmett Fox, helped with the beginnings of AA.
We should bring up that thread on ACIM again. I'll start. I think it was in the Channeled Section. :)

Ya know, I realize more ...my favorite books are the ones that teach about the heart and Love.
There are so many fun books with great wisdom...but I do realize,
knowledge without simple love is just plain dry..

My favorite book is "Rama Charit Manas", the story of Lord Rama in a regional language (Awadhi) by a 16th Century saint, Swami Tulsidas.
It is very poetic and close to the ground. It has beautiful similes. Awdhi is easily understood by people speaking Hindi and many other regional languages of India.
