Adapting to Telepathy (sender)

Part of being a telepath is sending your thoughts, and I have read trough the internet that some people have problem adjusting because some normal people want to finish their sentences... well an example is of this is someone who turns the computer every day, that is a routine, and some people may want to say what you going to do before you do it... well a simple solution for that is to customize your windows or the operating system you use with programs like windows blind, it gives you the option of taking the start button, and replace it with a logo and much more... you can also use skins for programs to take off the the name of commands and put graphics( I did that with Virtual Dj)... you can also use the icons on the task bar instead of going to all programs...
In terms of your everyday life you can always change your routine, if you go running everyday at 6 am, change the time without thinking about it...
On good is to drive instead of taking a bus or a cab, life usually is way better for me when I just drive...
and most important of all choose very careful who your friends, and neighborhood that you live...
