Lost my third job, what is the Universe telling me?

After I got my college degree I got a job at a company I really liked and was there for five years until the company went out of business. I got a new job a few months later, but after three years I was let go. Since then, I am in a repeat pattern of losing my job every three years. I just lost my last one, and am once again in the job market. I have now lost three jobs in 10 years. That seems excessive.
I know we had the great recession and Covid that caused job cuts, but can it always be outside forces that cause me to lose my job? Is the Universe telling me something, and if so what?
Is there anything I need to do differently that will align with success and longevity in my next job?
Thank you.

It might be related to the domain you're working in, or on your professional profile. From your description these job losses don't seem to be related to your performance, but to the instability of the domain you're working in. If you're looking for stability, then pick your next job with this in mind, even if you might have to sacrifice from professional aspirations, benefits, and how much you like the place. But I guess you've thought about all these by yourself.

Surely, you can try to also inquire and get "higher" guidance depending on what your beliefs are: prayer, meditation, affirmations, spiritual guidance. In some cases they proved to be life changers. In others not so much.

It is possible that you didn't pick the best working places for your evolvement in this incarnation, and that you're guided to pick again better, but that is something that I believe it's only up to you to investigate intuitively, again, function of your beliefs. Such an investigation isn't based on reasoning.

Are you paying attention to your dreams?

Good luck!

It seems to me the universe can be a bit of a sneaky and subtle one. Perhaps if it makes our lessons to easy, we may not learn and remember them as well, IDK. After more than five decades, only now am I becoming aware of some of the repeated seemingly detrimental patterns that have been at work in my life, and for at least the last two, I have been asking that same question. And I am just now seeing the pattern more clearly, I don't know the why, not why it happens, nor why the 'universe' keeps giving it to me. Though I have had my share of insights, revelations, and moments of clarity, I expect that much of what my life was about will not be apparent to me until it is over and I am looking back.
I can't tell you why you keep losing jobs due to circumstances. Though it may sound cliché, if there is an answer to be found I think the best place to look is within yourself, as that is where the universe actually is.
