Rather a different story. See also You tube Christopher Hitchens.

Anyway, in spite of mother Teresa, here's the world's most beautiful and most talented woman.

Hollywood and its continuously changing of make-up designed screen faces can hardly make a claim to any of those 'stars' being termed beautiful. The world is otherwise full of lovely women and lovely faces of all creeds, races and colours. Most of whom, when seen on the streets, don't have 'stuff' spread all over their faces.
In the role I play as an 'Elderly Gentleman' in my late years my eyes wander constantly to the many and varied faces and figures I see around me in my daily life. One of my remaining pleasures so to speak.
It has to be said, people today, in general, are much more attractive than past generations. Due in the main to better foodstuffs and better basic care. Although some of those 'white teeth' tend to make one's stomach churn!!
My interest lies mainly in the connection between physical loveliness and what might be called spirituality. Up until now I have no reason to think that beauty creates harmony, in people I mean, but it seems obvious that anyone who is herself/himself happy with his/her own world will be a happier and therefore more pleasant person. In other words harmony creates beauty and I have long been of the opinion that the outward appearance of each individual reflects the inner values which are to be found in the deeper recesses of what we tend to call the 'soul'.
Like everything else there are exceptions but evolution may not be as blind as we tend to think.

Hi Busby. When I think back to the "old " Hollywood actors ( and as a child I had a book of them, which I used to pore over and see the beauty in both male and female images)... I just think in my mind that these beings were more naturally beautiful than today's images you see in modern day images. Bearing in mind I am a former newsagent and am used to seeing all the celebs splashed about all over the place, all with " plastic surgery", " breast enhancement" , "work do e" etc. You get my point. Back in the day , what you got was what you saw. Just natural beauty. ( Ok yes make up). But actually, I feel happy that you take pleasure in looking at the attractive young women of today's society. And dont get me wrong, there are many of them up and down the high street. But real beauty comes from within...

A lot of big names on here..
I like Katie McGrath, playing Morgana in the Merlin series.
She plays a powerful, feminine woman ((a rarity in entertainment these days)).
