I am aware I can choose my beliefs, however I feel like I have a lot of cause to believe I will be stuck eternally... it does cause great suffering to believe it but yeah like I said in my other thread I am controlling my breath like it is not a no-self action anymore. Therefore concerned I will never be able to fully surrender to love. I don’t really know how it works, or if Anyone else has gone thru a similar problem...

Hi,
May be it would help to remember you are an immortal spiritual being. When you are not in human form, limited by a human intellect, you are as divine and happy as all other godly expressions.
You surrender to love by not fighting it. Your concerns keep you in that state of mind where everything is a struggle. In your case it is best to just stop thinking about this issue. Find a way to relax and focus your arttention on Anything Else.
