Yes what a man. He was a player from before my time but I've seen videos. He made champions of Napoli, in a very tough league (just looking at the stats of that time period will show that). And of course his achievement with Argentina. Amazing all-round, and a hero of Argentina.

Thanks Joe Mc.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

I was so shocked and saddened when I heard, sixty is really no age. Got me to thinking about George Best, who was a year younger when he died - and who died fifteen years ago to the very day, unbelievably.

He was very popular in India due to his football genius. His visit there further enhanced his popularity due to his down to earth attitude, exuberant and friendly nature without any superstar airs. He constantly poured love on his adoring fans through sweet gestures and words and a constant smile.

He was a great ambassador of football and internationalism, and shone in this regard after his retirement.
