247 and sometimes 9

I see the grouping of 247 or 427, etc. A LOT
9 is often with the three also

can anyone give some idea what the hell is going on?

this has been going on since 2009

I see them the most often in phone numbers and licence plates. So much I dob't even think about them sometimes.

But sometimes I just have to stop and break the imaginary 4th wall.

2--unity

4--foundation

7--luck & wisdom

2 + 4 + 7 = 13--life altering transformation

13 is likened unto the Phoenix--which must (first) burn away the old--so that what is to be can be created from the ashes of what has already been.

9--attainment

The changes you have been facing and those that are to come are for the better. (9) is a very good omen and indication that (once things have settled down) you will achieve your goals.
