Hello Nevair,
Check out this website: http://www.williamccchen.com/
If I lived in New York city I would train with William C. Chen. His Tai Chi training center is at: 1 East 28th Street 7th floor (buzzer # 11) on the corner of 5th Avenue. The class schedules can be obtained at the above web site. Mr. Chen is known throughout the world and his Tai Chi is above excellent as are his applications of his Tai Chi in actual Combat. And I am sure Mr. Chen can also teach you Qi gong. His e-mail address is: [email protected]
Best of Luck,
Saint Seraphim

The NY YMAA (Yangs Martial Arts Association) has Qi gong classes, and is More through than you can imagine. Also, In Chinatown alone there are MANY Qigong classes offered in various schools. Shi Yan Ming's School (USA Shaolin Temple) has Qigong classes (On Broadway) and A bunch in Flushing as well. Hope this Helps!
