For purity of tone and the style of music I rather like Pia (Gaurangi). Unfortunately her last album was in 2003 and she doesn't appear to have any plans to make any more music.

My favourite vocal on a track is probably Maiday on her track with Jakwob
The track is called Fade and its a really soft vocal working against some piano's and old school breaks... It's really special

For me it has to be Kate Bush (perhaps unsurprisingly ). Her voice has gotten even better with age.
