If you didn't think you had a problem you wouldn't be seeking a solution

Maybe flirting with the idea- your just not 'yet' to let go? These things araise and erase on their own- letting go and sub- coming to them might be a choice, just to let them take over & enjoy the nature of desire...it can be a hard thing when we desire...but it's entertainment is worth every bit of remorse... The choices are : be empty and have no desire;or be full and have desire-you may master both of the equals...what's left over is the lesson.. Not much might teach one whilst they are in a zone of a 'lesson' or 'desire' - both are healthy...
May I ask What kind of desires?
Another lesson ( I was once, at an avatar of Tibetian nature(and I couldn't think of an reason why the downloads of this master would be helpful to me,- embodying the stereotype ( meditation was a constant, athletics came easy..and the education was all ready' built-in' - you could say I was in accention mode whilst working with this avatar my 'core' desires were through the roof- I desired this avatar but I wasn't at a place where it's guild would be helpful, turns out the ethnicity and descendants helped a lot whilst I would practice...it became something meaningful and quaint.. I was in quadrant for a while; but I soon got the hand of the laws and nature and eventual we became one... My desires helped a lot... I didn't go to Tibet to become a monk but I had all the tools i needed and desire was the biggest one..
Some times we make the quoter by decensing into a doubtful lesson where neither are correct to the accention of the character or answer... Both will do... Better had not than have...

there is no reason to try
one is creating conflicts that don't exist

I have noticed through the years that my thinking mind (monkey mind)
loves to create problems and then analyze the problems and possible outcomes and fix the problems.
Even though there never was a problem.
There are many centering techniques and practices that can help with this.
One Big one is observing the " present" and seeing the reality of Life as it unfolds...
The monkey mind is easily distracted and can be easily trained.
