Chakra Cleansing

Has anyone here had a chakra cleanse before? I'm wondering what to expect and if anyone found it beneficial or could tell a difference afterward.

I have not heard of such a thing. But I have read many many different ways to clear and balance your chakras, most of them a visual meditation of some sort.

Can you tell me more about it?

But usually if you are interested in giving the Chakras a clean out its best to find a method you enjoy and continue with it.

I don't disagree that receiving that kind of energy and having the resonance capability with another person's energy can be fantastic and useful, but if you are motivated to do so you can certainly achieve an energy cleansing through all the chakras on your own as well. Moving energy up one chakra at a time from the root is extremely powerful if done at an acceptably slow pace and a lot of good breathing is used.

But whatever benefits you of course is worth doing
