What is the Oldest Thing you Have?

Inspired by What is the most interesting thing you have ever found, what is the oldest material possession you have?

I have a book of Choice Emblems which I am told is a school book used by one of my fathers ancestors. It was printed in MDCCLXXII which I googled and is 1772. The ancestor wrote his name in it in 1806. The book details who the book was handed down to throughout the years.

The emblems are like a story, each with a title, drawing and verse. I have read a few of them but I don't handle the book much because it is getting fragile.

I have my great grandmother’s letter, asking her father if she can marry a young man she met. (It is a touching moment frozen in time)

And I have an arrow head that found me one day, while I was picking up trash around a lake.

It's great to have things passed down to us. The letter is a treasure.

My late father-in-law used to find arrowheads all the time when he was younger on the property where he grew up. Did he keep any? No! Oh well.

I have about 12 statues from Angkor (800AD to 1400AD). Some claim Angkor was the largest religious site in the World.

A Lapis Lazuli necklace I found at a flea market for what would now translate to about 25 €. When I showed it to a specialist, they said the way of cutting the facets and boring the holes in the beads dates it to India about 500 years ago. I don't dare wear it now
