Interesting, from having a quick listen to the video it sounds like it's a type of yantra meditation almost.

It doesn't mention how to activate the agna but says to visualize in the mind's eye instead, some people call it the same thing but I tend to disagree. There is a necessity to explain the difference between the mental maps created by the brain we lucid dream within and the actual outside-the-body/brain dimensions that exist irregardless of what human brains are doing. I've been at this awhile and have spotted inconsistent understandings of what is really going on. Perhaps we will all know soon.

Since this time, I have had another experience which you would also call a dream as it again happened whilst I was asleep. And my spirit guide was also there again, leading the dream suggesting we go over here and look at this.
Years later, I’ve come to realise that the vision that I had within that dream of the building in which I was taken is graphically accurate as to how that building is situated on the road and also all aspects within that inside of the building also are exactly as it is in reality.
