Firstly I would say with Saturn in pisces we are nearing the end of a journey - pisces represents the end ... This cycle will last about 2 and a half years. On a personal level it is about healing wounds. It will not affect everyone the same way, when you were born and the placements of the houses and planets in your chart will have an impact on how this may or may not affect you.
Collectively I want to say good things, however this energy now after where we have been is us hitting the ground effectively. Highlighted here is health and spiritual awakening.
Personally it can be used for doing the inner work, understanding our higher purpose ... It can be sink or swim enegy ~ this is a watery sign with the level headedness of saturn there can be some deep fears revealed. I'd say use it to be the surfer that has learnt how to manage the board. Also be the surfer that knows when to wax your board too.
