I have been thinking a lot about how sidetracked I have become by the world at large, things going on, and how to get back to where I was before all this started and I decided I needed a way-back machine! Back before computers were a thing, before the world wide web. It has become so addictive to go online when I come home and lose myself in someone else's thing.
Yes, the internet can be used for good as well LOL, but I had fallen far behind. I'm telling myself a new story this year. From my vantage point of December 2023, looking back, how did my year go? What did I put there that I wanted to see and how did I do that and what really mattered. I can change the trajectory I have been on which has not felt good. And so I asked for help as well.
I have been given some channelings and they have helped to get me to this point of looking backwards from the future. Its a different perspective. I like the idea of it, of telling my new story ( a thing Abraham Hicks talks about).
And I was just having a hard time today, and had worked myself up about things we have all heard about, that is easy to get stuck in, and having talked myself back out of that corner, I was having a bit of a panic attack and decided to go to bed and listen to an Orin meditation. And it was hard to concentrate at first, I have had Covid the last several weeks and my breathing was affected, but I laid down and started listening and even though I didn't get the full benefit of my full attention - it really was wonderful and stopped the panic attack,
my breathing is back to normal and tomorrow I am sure I will get much more from it. But when you ask the Sky for help, they really come through.
This meditation from Sanaya Roman who is channeling Orin, who is a being of light, is exactly what I am going through right now. I am so comforted. I just thought I'd share. It is long (about 30 minutes) and like I said, I half listened because that is all that I could do, but it brought me so much peace.
