I know and have been friends with a famous shock jock for the last 10-11 years now. I've met many stand up comedians who know me by name, and I've met a few tv personalities. They are all very normal people.
the last "famous" person I've met recently is the guy who played Vito on the HBO series "the Soprano's. He's actually the second actor I've met from the Sopranos, the other being Ray Abruzzo who played Little Carmine on the series.
these people are pretty much your standard people, nice, fun to hang out with, no airs about them.
One person i would truly like to meet is Kid Rock - his real name is Rob Ritchie. I truly admire his musical talent, and the way he rose from the streets to become as big a musical talent as he is. I think he'd be cool to hang with.
