It's the main goal in life. How do you know you attained it? When you can see God in all people and animals, plants and things. Every day. You get it by giving love to all.
Because the bottom line is just... love.

Yes but in the World of today, you can't love everything and everybody otherwise you'd be treated like a Doormat.

Giving love is not about pleasing everybody. You are allowed to say No. Give out the love.

Yup. Does a parent please their kids all the time - but there's still love.
Being clear and politely saying, No...is not 'unloving'.
It smacks of clarity and confidence...an example to others to have clear thinking and often wisdom. Imo.

We are here to learn and to and can see what we do and do not (today). Also what others do and do not. And what learning means. And though I can observe others I can and should observe self, also from the perspective of soul. We are to see what was learned where we left. Reincarnation? It's always been part of the earthly plane and so not new and we still look. We're still working today and always have been learning and imo won't move forward until it's done. I think many think saying no isn't spiritual, but that is not correct imo, just as saying yes is also part of being spiritual. This plane is where all manifest and practice. For instance everyone should love and that may be in learning, saying both no and yes. It is about knowing. We (all) are still learning? Is learning also a purpose of life? We all love the best we can.
