Do you have to believe in ghosts to see one
Do you have to believe in ghosts before seeing one. I have visited many haunted places, I have never felt uncomfortable or afraid of seeing a ghost, but I have never seen or experienced one. I am open minded, but not an avid believer.

I expect anyone can see one - ghost / spirit, very often they are trapped or a lost soul - not there always by choice, can also be something / a memory is holding them there.
Nearly always in a dark / low vibes place - anyone with this issue at their house, raise the vibes of the place and the people in it 'vibrational energy' that everything is in the universe, energy.
One time a few years ago, early hours waking, I heard this noise from the next room, I wasn't worried, just observing - I suddenly started to shoot light tiles from my mind in all directions - psychic skill I didn't know I had - lol it was a faulty stapler...
So anyone who has this problem, fill the house with good vibes, love music - make it a happy place - and that shooting light tiles from your mind, anyone should be able to do this, as a defence / threat, be gone - tell it, you are lost go to the light...

I suspect a number of people did not beleve in ghosts untill seeing or experencing some thing . I have never sene one but have had stuff moved or hidden . A few times they have kept my volt meter from working . I have a post on this forum a few years back where I found my phone in a place I did not put it . Its titled some thing like a ghost moved my phone . I dont think every thing that is clamed to be haunted is . Or ghosts come and go .

You'll be surprised what you Spirit Guides can do as well, to nudge you back on path with something, I've even witness IT things 'happening' oh yes they can when its important......

Hi TrevorJ,
It’s not strictly necessary to believe in ghosts to have experiences that might be interpreted as paranormal. It might be more about being sensitive to the spirit world. Have you tried opening up your psychic abilities? You might find success that way. Speaking from experience, though, it’s not always fun seeing ghosts or earthbound spirits. Happy hauntings!
