Nothing, there is no meaning in life. Otherwise 5 million jews wouldn't have found their end in the gas chambers.

Too terrible a crime to even comprehend. Dreadful beyond words. I have a famous ancestor who was a nurse in the first world war and helped the allies. She was caught and shot.

Trust me , I know how hard this is . There are such terrible crimes that have been/are being/ and will be. And all of us at some point find it all too much to cope with/ to understand / to accept.. I wish I could give you an answer. But I can't. You are to be commended on your empathy towards human suffering. It obviously preys heavy enough for you to question everything, and rightly so. When anything in life doesn't "sit" right with us we need to question that. Many people don't actually care / consider/ give a t**s about anything except how they are living their day.

Hello,
Whatever unfolds, manifests,and gives a formation of life seems to give meaning to life. For without all this happening would it exist therefore have meaning of some kind?
What is done with it, how it is perceived, why, seems to be an individual thing.
Which may influence the perspectives upon life.
Individually answers will vary according to experiences, understanding, and beliefs, IMO. Which further influence what may or may not be determined and realized.
We and all that is alive gives meaning to life. Whether an individual feels it or not seems a personal matter. For what is truly being sought when asking "What is the meaning of ..."?
My thoughts upon this at the moment.
