Main Thread:Basic Conceptions of An Unique Meditative Technique from Ancient China

As I’ve been a teacher of this ancient China meditative technique for a few years, I taught many people and I came to be aware that there’s a large number of persons who are in lack of some basic conceptions. So I’m going to share these basic but substantial and hide-behind conceptions here in this forum just like what I will do in the first place in each session hoping that these conceptions may be of help to some of your questions that you didn't figure out previously, this is the intention of this thread.

Before any details, I’d say that this has nothing to do with religions/faiths, it is purely something of techniques and knowledge. While you are reading, you may probably have your opinions or ideas which maybe different from what I say, that’s OK, I accept your differences, but please be kindly reminded that I’m here for sharing, not for convincing, so, hope we could do the same when you are interested in the content of this thread in your posts. Of course, posts with inquires, questions, discussions, expressions of different ideas, etc. are welcome. I don’t know all, just to share what I knew which maybe of help.

Hello Lyacmt, why do you create sub-threads instead of putting everything in the same thread? It's almost impossible to follow the way you do it.
It's an interesting topic you are bringing fort, but I wont be able to follow it, if you create a sub-thread for every specific subject that are still related to the main topic of this thread.

Hi Legand, thanks for your advice, all related topics are moved and merged into one Sub-thread: What is the Blockage in the Meridians. Great thanks for the work of Miss Hepburn.
