Astral Projection - the easy way

What an interesting post. Astral journeying has always fascinated me since teenage years although I don't think I made the journey.
I always experienced sleep paralysis very frequently as a young man which would result in a feeling of lifting out of my bed !
This frightened the life out of me . However one night I decided that I was going to go with the flow ! And it happened almost on request .. I rose up ..or felt I did and opened my eyes ..spread out my arms ....and found myself standing at the side of my bed looking at myself and the back of my head!
In my thoughts I thought that I was dead and this was my transition . I felt so sad as there was so much for me to do ...trivial things even feeding the cat when I got up.
I was only a teenager although I accepted my situation I just wanted to get back in.
I snapped back to myself woke up and never slept all night with the thought that it might happen again.
As time went on it it ceased but I came to realise that this happened only on the days I worked late and never ate most of the day ...in other words I went to bed on an empty tummy......make of it what you will , that was 45 years ago .
