The way we grow

The way a flower bends

The light moving her

My soul like a flower

bending

Into the light

The earth

Holds me

Gives my roots

A place

To grow

The gardener comes....

Weeds

Ah... weeds again!

The children laughed...

[Unseeking Seeker]

... growing thus magically
enigmatically and beauteously
senses externalised seeking the light
emanating from our heart radiant bright

time then to cut the umbilical cord
fly oh sparrow, to the sky upward

or did I mean, inwards?

Out wards
Inwards

There be movement.

Inward, outward
Breath defined
By subtle, light
Depth divine..

I have had my days in the sun
But I must say
I learned a lot from the rain
On rainy days
I would go out and play in the puddles
Watch the creeks swell
Making little boats to flow with the current
I learned a lot from the currents
The way my little boat would get stuck
Along the muddy shores
I would race them two by two
And see who would win
In the end, there was no time
No winners, no losers
Time was lost to the rain and the gray skies.

splashing about in the puddles
playful persona, no thought muddle
childlike glee even as our feet got wet
we danced in delight, living without regret

upon ego crystallisation, began urge to grasp
being in stupor, we never heard heart gasp
lamp of innocence yet glows there within
misaligned head and heart our only sin

dweller of the void we wallow in shallows
dead man walking ourself towards the gallows
chirping sparrows now serving as our wake up call
connected with universe, ensconced in the bliss squall

drumbeats resounding within our glowing heart spacial
we abide therein beholding the divine miracle
bliss in-pours into form, each pore a door
is-ness of being-ness keeps no score

....And as and when new life begins..
...with each little bud..
...each new leaf..
...all of them needing both sun and rain...
...and puddles...
..to begin again...
... I breathe across the universe ..
.. my own precious breath ..
..to give it to those that need it more than I ..
..because without it..
..I will not die...

.... breathe , breathe , breathe ...
... My previous child...

... Live your life..
... Be free...
... Be wild...

....because if you die...
... Then so will I ...

... even though I said I wouldn't ...
... I lied...
