I talk to a voice that I hear in my head, don't know if it's a spirit or not however. Doctors think I'm delusional.

I thank my Spirit Guides often, and or angels whoever is saving my butt!
Cuz they sure ARE!
And God, (THE Spirit, hahaha), all the time...try telling people you talk to God and He talks back!
No, better not. 
I think it is perfectly fine to say, "Ya know, if I wanted to judge you...I could say
it's odd that you don't talk to them or recognize they're all around you. "

What is spirit?. How can I be sure that I'm communicating with spirit?. I hear a voice and it's not a friendly one at all. Is this a spirit?. Thanks in advance...

So I tell my phyciatrist that Ive been communicating with people on an online forum whom talk to spirits and the deceased. What now?. Joseph your bonkers, Omg.
