I'm not one for that sort of attention, a birthday doesn't mean anything to me. It was fun as a child. |

Yeah I’m definitely with Altair on this one. Haven’t celebrated for years and really don’t want to. Just couldn’t care less about the whole thing cos it’s just not important to me. It’s just another day to me. In fact i can’t even remember exactly how old i am now to be honest. Ha ha
I feel it’s just for kids. Same as Christmas as well.

Thank you for sharing. I'm also studying fine art, and most of my work doesn't directly involve "art." I've been laid off, and I'm still looking for a job while creating art in hopes of finding opportunities if someone appreciates my work. Even though it still feels challenging to let go of my dream of making a living as an artist.
I believe nothing is a waste. I've always been the one at the forefront defending, haha. I'm sure the path we've walked has taught us valuable lessons and shaped our mindset, influencing how we're wired up to this point.

Learn lesson of your mistakes and move on instead of obsessively dwelling in the same past again and again which doesn't help now. Past is in the past. Focus on what you can do after that.
I too have wasted my 10 years. Jumping from activity to activity in my case. Not because I am flighty but because I have ADHD. Your situation is better. At least, you don't have any learning difficulty, and have become good at something at the end regardless of the income, and still have time and mental health to focus on other things. In retrospect, you should thank God for having finished somethings and your sanity unlike my unfortunate case.
