Nah it definitely wouldn’t be good without the football. I’m an avid fan of my team. It keeps me grounded. Well that’s my excuse anyway.

My team is Liverpool Fc. And I just have to say that they are the most successful team in the UK. I don’t live there anymore but still a crazy fan.
Oops this is supposed to be about spiritual stuff so I better stop talking about football.

Look at the world today that humanity has created; is that complicated enough for you? Now go and spend a day in nature, camping whatever, and embrace the simplicity therein.
Complications are knots that we tie into things, and most of those knots are in our head, they are in our mind. I prefer the simplicity of silence over the complicated chattering noise of my mind. I have also downsized my life a few times; getting rid of stuff, and it felt so good and simpler to live in a downsized lifestyle. There is a Zen Buddhist saying: “Own no possessions that none may own you.“ Basically it says what you own, owns you. Downsizing your life is a way to uncomplicated your life and make it simpler.
Life, at its essence, is simple. On the return trip back to our source we are allowed to carry very little, in fact nothing, with us. Complications are just a bunch of stuff that will not allow us to attune to the deeper frequencies of our journey, because those frequencies are very fine and simple. Humility is required, in my opinion, and humility can bring with it patience and simplicity. Silence is the simplest thing in existence; it came before the complications.
Duality is complicated, non-duality is extremely simple.

Non-duality is my choice, I choose never to hate, hate is self-destructive and causes separation, love brings us together and unites us.
